My Old English Sheepdog girls,

I thought you would enjoy seeing the 'before' and 'after' grooming, hardly looks like the same dogs!!!

Anyway, here they are:

Bart, Our Old English Sheepdog Stud

Sheep-a-Doodle

"A Sheepadoodle" is a designer breed crossing an Old English Sheepdog with a Standard Poodle. Sheepadoodle puppies are incredibly intelligent and easily trained. They make for a wonderful family pet and can even be a very good health care service dog or guidance dog. They love to be with their family, play, go for walks, or just be by your side. Because they are very family oriented dogs, they want to please you in every way...they are HYPOALLERGENIC AND HAVE THE HYBRID VIGOR......learn more...Heterosis Effect .

These puppies come with CKC registration papers, pre-spoiled and socialized, tails docked (where required), shots, worming, a 2 year health guarantee, a puppy care packet (small bag of food, collar, litter towel, first toy, health records), and lifetime puppy support from ACC Ranch!

Old English Sheepdog

The Old English Sheepdog is a gentle, loving and lovable teddy bear. Even-tempered and adaptable. They are friendly, intelligent, faithful and protective. It has a strong herding instinct and may try to herd the family, especially the small children, by bumping, not nipping, but is otherwise excellent with them. Wanting to play more then anything else. The Old English Sheepdog likes to stick close to home; they make good couch potatoes! It is very much part of the family but also wants some time alone. They can be strong-willed, so this breed needs firm training. The Old English Sheepdog is very good at herding and taking instructions, but tend to anticipate commands or do it their own way if they think their way is better. Motivational methods work best. The bark of the Old English Sheepdog sounds like a cracked bell. This breed remains "young" and active for many years, then suddenly becomes old. The Old English Sheepdog makes a fine family companion, because he loves children.

Standard Poodle

The Standard Poodle is proud, elegant, dignified and good-natured. These dogs are highly intelligent and one of the most trainable breeds. They are pleasant, happy and sensitive. The Standard Poodle tends to be a bit calmer than the smaller variety of Poodles. They need to be with people and dislike being alone. For the most part they are generally friendly toward strangers, and are excellent with children. The Standard Poodle is good with other dogs. Some Standards are good guard dogs and some can be trained as hunters.

More on the Sheep-a-Doodle

Sheepadoodle Puppy (Old English Sheepdog / Standard Poodle Hybrid) Sheepadoodle puppies are incredibly intelligent and easily trained. They make for a wonderful family pet and can even be very good health care service dog or guidance dog. They love to be with their family, play, go for walks, or just be by your side. Because they are very family oriented dogs, they want to please you in every way "A Sheepadoodle" is a designer breed crossing an Old English Sheepdog with a Standard Poodle. Sheepdogs are wonderful family-oriented dogs with a pleasing personality. Their coats are considered non-shedding and Sheepdogs are considered to be, on average, approximately 85% hypoallergenic. When crossing a Sheepdog with a Poodle, you significantly increase the dog's hypoallergenic factor to (nearly) 100% and they are non-shedding with a soft, wavy coat. The result is a "smarter" Sheepdog that is hypoallergenic, non-shedding and a GREAT family dog. These dogs are eager to please, non-dominant, intelligent/extremely trainable and make good companions. They are loyal and very people-oriented and are great with children. These dogs are great with other animals, too! Their calm temperament and love for people is notable.

Process for getting on the list for these puppies is as follows: $250 to reserve the puppy, when the puppies are 4 weeks old we do temeperament testing then review the results with you to make sure you are getting the right puppy..if you are local you are more than welcome (in fact, we encourage it) to come pick out your puppy. You will be picking out your puppy in the order that deposits are received. Once you have selected your puppy, a total of 50% down is due, the balance plus shipping (shipping runs around $325) is due at least 7 days before your puppy is to be shipped. We do accept paypal, checks for deposits as long as we allow 10 days for the check to clear, and US Postal Money orders. If you are paying with PayPal, there will be an additional 4% fee to help cover our costs.

Techincal stuff:
We do require 1/2 deposit when you decide to get a puppy, with the balance due in cash at pickup. If shipping is needed, then puppy plus shipping must be paid when puppy is 7 weeks old. Shipping generally runs around 325.00 including everything. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS! Because of all the money order scams going on, we do accept money orders, but unless they are actual US Postal money orders, they do have a 10 day hold, as that is what my bank requires. Postal money orders can be cashed immediately and will not cause any hold. We also accept PayPal, but email or call for information, we do charge a 4% paypal fee to cover the costs. If you are paying with any other type of money order, please be sure payment arrives a minimum of 10 days before shipping date. If picking up your puppy in person, PLEASE BRING CASH FOR FINAL BALANCE.
We do allow people to visit with their puppy after it is 6 weeks old if you live within driving distance.
We do NOT allow puppies to go home before they are 8 weeks old, so do not ask.

The availability of shipping via the airlines is dependant on weather conditions, so please make allowance for delays in shipping during winter weather.
NOTE: Please print two copies of our guarantee, sign them and mail them with your deposit.
All deposits are NON-refundable, but can be transferred to a future puppy.
Let us know if you have any other questions, thank you for visiting our site, and Happy Fall to everyone!
