Hi Diane!

Thanks again for being such a help. Ophelia is amazing. I mean honestly incredible. We have yet to have an accident in the house or crate. She is learning her name and is just a doll. She is more mellow than I remember our last puppy being, but perks right up at the opportunity to play. Plus, she has the most adorable puppy dreams.

We are obsessed!

Thanks again!

Calley

Diane,

Attached are some photos of Hogan, our black Goldendoodle puppy from Lacy Lou Huard's and What Legends R Made Of's 9/8/07 litter. He is a wonderful dog and has become an integral part of our family. Hogan is amazing with our two little girls and they positively adore him. He loves the water, playing fetch, going camping, socializing at the dog park, and is quite the little bird catcher. He continues to be a momma's boy and will follow me throughout the house, we joke that we should have named him Shadow. Hogan is still an avid chewer and anything left outside is fair game, he weighs about 80 lbs and has a super soft flowing coat. He does shed but definitely not like a golden retriever! He is so very smart, sweet, and loving. I swear he smiles and gives hugs. Thank you for our addition!

Hey Diane!

I just wanted to give you an update on our progress this week. First, we changed Hershey?s name to Kodiak and of course everyone seems to be making it Kodi for short. My two boys came up with the name and it just kind of stuck. They decided he looks like a little brown bear.

The first day he was pretty mellow?checking out his surroundings and getting to know everyone. As expected, I was up a lot during the night. Second day he came out of his shell and exhibited tons of energy. This is still true today. Each night has been a little better with him sleeping all the way through the night on Wednesday and it has continued since.

We took him to the Vet on Tuesday afternoon and we were told he looks healthy. He does have an umbilical hernia, which our vet indicated usually does not cause any problems but can easily be corrected when we consider neutering him later.

He has already mastered the stairs and the dog door. Very few accidents in the house and in the last couple of days, there have been none. He is really smart.

I have attached a couple of pictures from his first day in his new home. I?ll send you updates soon.
